Hi. I'm Carli.
Whatever brought you to Sanctuum, you're welcome here. You are in good company. I was diagnosed at 49, so I know both the years without a name for it and the work of building a life that actually fits.
Accredited Professional ADHD & Executive Function Coach

I live in Newport Beach, California, in a vibrant, noisy, loving home with my wonderfully neurotypical husband, our two twice exceptional children, and two cats who are convinced they are in charge of everything.
Life here is full. Sometimes messy. Often funny. Always loving.
For more than thirty years I built companies, led global healthcare projects, travelled the world, and solved complex problems for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world.
From the outside, it looked like success.
Inside, I was running on responsibility, adrenaline, curiosity, and the determination to never let anyone down.
The Turning Point
Then life caught up with me.
Within a short space of time I was leading my global consulting company through the aftermath of COVID, living in the middle of a home remodel after moving states to take care of family, raising two incredible children, grieving the death of a parent, and trying to hold everything together — all while masking and being prescribed medication that worked against my genetics, and my wiring.
Eventually, my mind and body said what I couldn't.
Enough.
The burnout that followed became one of the greatest teachers of my life.
At forty nine, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
The diagnosis didn't change me.
It changed how I understood myself.
For the first time in my life, I stopped asking,
"Why can't I do life the way everyone else seems to?"
Instead, I asked a different question.
"What if there has never been anything wrong with me?"
That question changed everything.
It led me into neuroscience. Into strengths based psychology. Into mindfulness. Into coaching.
Most importantly, it led me back to myself.
One Discovery
One discovery changed the way I see people forever.
For years I believed growth came from fixing weaknesses.
I no longer believe that.
I believe transformation begins when we rediscover the strengths we have buried in order to fit into a world that was never designed for us.
Not the strengths that earned applause.
The ones we quietly abandoned.
These are more than character strengths. They are sources of energy.
When we build a life around them, something remarkable happens.
Attention follows.
Motivation follows.
Hyperfocus follows.
Joy follows.
Not because life suddenly becomes easy.
Because we stop spending so much energy trying to become someone else.
When I discovered that kindness is my greatest strength, closely followed by humour and an almost stubborn perseverance, I realised those qualities had carried me through every chapter of my life.
Not my intelligence. Not my achievements.
My strengths.
That changed the way I coach.
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe people need remembering.
Remembering who they were before the world convinced them they were too much, too emotional, too intense, too distracted, too sensitive, or simply not enough.
My role is not to tell you who to become.
My role is to help you find your way back to yourself.
That is why Sanctuum exists.
Who I Work With
I work with entrepreneurs, professionals, students, parents, innovators, and people who know they are capable of more but have lost trust in themselves somewhere along the way.
Some have ADHD. Some suspect they do. Some have never considered it.
The diagnosis is rarely the most important part of the story. The human being always is.
My hope is not that you leave coaching needing me.
My hope is that you leave trusting yourself.
Because when you trust yourself again, everything changes.
The decisions become clearer. Relationships become healthier. Work becomes more meaningful. Life becomes lighter.
I believe every human being deserves the opportunity to understand themselves with compassion rather than criticism.
To build a life around who they truly are instead of who they have spent years pretending to be.
Because I believe this with my whole heart.
You are not the problem.
You may simply have been handed the wrong playbook.
Let's write a new one. Together.
Welcome to Sanctuum.
