ADHD doesn't mean broken.
It means differently wired.
Young people with ADHD are some of the most creative, resilient, and capable humans you will ever meet. They just need strategies built for the way their brain actually works.
We provide strengths first ADHD coaching for teens, college students, and the parents who love them. In person in Newport Beach and virtual across California.
Who We Help
Coaching tailored to every stage
Every age brings different challenges. A teenager navigating high school needs something different from a college student managing independence for the first time, and both need something different from the parent holding it all together at home.
Teens
Your teen is not lazy, defiant, or unmotivated. They are wired differently, and they deserve strategies that actually work for their brain. We help teens build confidence, self regulation, and real world skills they can carry with them.
Learn moreCollege Students
The structure of high school is gone. The demands of university are relentless. ADHD coaching helps students build the executive function skills, study systems, and self awareness they need to thrive on their own terms.
Learn moreParents
You are doing more than most people will ever understand. Coaching gives you the tools, perspective, and support to move from daily survival mode into a calmer, more connected relationship with your child.
Learn moreWhy Coaching?
Therapy helps you understand the past.
Coaching helps you build what's next.
ADHD coaching is a forward focused partnership. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or treat. We meet young people and families exactly where they are and help them build the practical systems, emotional regulation skills, and confidence that sticks.
We work alongside therapists, prescribers, and school teams. Coaching fills the gap between understanding ADHD and actually living well with it, every single day.
Your Coach
Meet Carli
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 49, after decades of building businesses, raising a family, and quietly wondering why everything felt so much harder than it seemed to be for everyone else.
That late diagnosis changed everything. It led me into neuroscience, strengths based psychology, and eventually into coaching. Today I help young people and families stop fighting how they are wired and start building lives that actually fit.
I am a mother of two twice exceptional children, an accredited professional ADHD coach, and someone who understands both the science and the lived experience of growing up with a brain that works differently.
